For minor children whose one parent is an Indian citizen, it is required that they renounce the right to Indian citizenship

The Following documents are required for the Renunciation of the Right to Indian citizenship:

1. 1. Miscellaneous Services Form
2. 2. Renunciation Form
3. 3. Applicant's Passport and Copy.
4. 4. Applicants Birth Certificate and copy
5. 5. Parents passport copies
6. 6. Recommender’s passport copy (The Recommender should be an Indian national and should sign in the last section of the renunciation form)
7. 7. Two photographs
