High Commission of India, in collaboration with United States International University (USIU)-Africa, celebrated the 11th Ayurveda Day in Nairobi on 23 September 2026, bringing together Ayurveda practitioners, experts, faculty and students. High Commissioner highlighted Ayurveda's holistic approach to health and well-being and the relevance of India’s traditional knowledge to everyday life. Expert talks on Ayurvedic daily and seasonal routines, interactive discussions, yoga demonstrations and displays of Ayurvedic and herbal products offered participants an engaging introduction to Ayurveda.
