The High Commission of India is happy to announce that the Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC), a premier trade and investment promotion organization under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, shall be organizing a Buyer Seller Meet (BSM) in Nairobi on Monday, 14th March 2016 at Hotel Intercontinental.  The main theme of the event is to showcase the latest technologies in Engineering and demonstrate the capabilities of Indian Engineering industry.  Previously, EEPC organized the India Engineering Exhibition (INDEE) in New Delhi which was one of the largest expositions of engineering products and services in the world.               

18 Indian companies dealing with a wide range of products and machinery will be participating in this Buyer Seller Meet.  Companies dealing with Pumps, FRP products, Textile machinery, galvanized steel pipes, Equipments for Sugar/Power/ Cement plants,  all types of machinery for mining, general engineering, wood working , sheet metal works, food processing, paper conversion, rubber & plastic processing, automobile reconditioning etc., All kinds of Panels, Kerosene/Paraffin/gas stoves, aluminium/non-stick cookware, diesel engines, Castings, Electrical switchgear products, power sector consultancy, Electrical equipments etc. will be participating in this BSM.  The profile of these 18 participating companies is attached.               

The inauguration of this BSM event would be held at Hotel Intercontinental, Nairobi on Monday 14th March, 2016 at 10.00 hrs.  The Registration for the event and interaction with the Indian companies will start at 9.00 AM.               

The High Commission of India cordially invites all business houses dealing with Engineering Products and Machinery, all trade bodies, policy makers, think tanks as well as the general public in Kenya to actively participate in the Buyer Seller Meet and take full advantage of the visit of leading  companies from India.
